The pitcher plant (Nepenthes 'Hookeriana'): The cup plant (Nepenthes) is a tropical plant that grows in the jungles of Borneo. This species of pitcher plant has convex, green (spotted) pitchers. The cups contain a syrupy liquid that attracts insects. The pitcher plant is a beautiful and impressive plant to have in the house. This carnivorous plant is in fact a tropical plant and can therefore be perfectly kept in the living room. If you take good care of the plant (which is not difficult with our tips), this plant can grow into a large, tough and impressive plant (see photo 3).
