Description Pinguicula Agnata
The Butterwort (Pinguicula Agnata): The carnivorous plant species called 'Pinguicula' is a very impressive species. This species, as with the other carnivorous plants, captures prey with its leaves. The plant has fatty leaves, on which there are sticky droplets. The carnivorous plant uses its leaves (and beautiful, purple flower) to lure, capture and digest prey. Once adhered to the leaf, the insect will not come off. Not only is the Butterwort immensely fun to have in your home, she's also super handy! This species is a fruit fly, gnat and mosquito devourer!
